Does it produce what INACOP, INGECOP and the IVE require?
Sonetio ERP includes the chart of accounts from the INACOP Accounting Standards Manual and produces the reports for INGECOP and the IVE in the format they request.
How much does Sonetio ERP cost?
It depends on the modules and the number of users and agencies. After the demo we send you a written proposal for your cooperative, with no commitment.
How is members' information protected?
Each user has permissions by module and signs in with two-step verification. Each agency sees only its own data, and every movement is recorded with user, agency and time.
What if someone makes a mistake in an operation?
Nothing issued is deleted or rewritten. The error is corrected with a visible reclassification, and sensitive operations require a second signature before they apply.
What happens to our existing data?
There are initial loads for the chart of accounts and for inventory. We review them with you case by case.
Who helps us get it running?
